Lawrence-based Wise Construction Management received a Central Sales Region 2005 Annual Sales Volume Award from VP Buildings, a manufacturer of metal buildings.

Owner Dick Wise Jr., accepted the award, which recognizes VP sales of more than $250,000 during the 2005 calendar year.

Last year was Wise Construction’s first as a VP dealer, one of about 1,000 nationwide.

The award was presented during VP’s recent builder meeting in Las Vegas.

Wise Construction, founded in 2003, provides design/build and construction management services for commercial general contractors, residential developers and individuals. The company recently completed a shopping center in Topeka and duplexes in Eudora, and it is about to break ground on a Culver’s restaurant at the Legends in Wyandotte County.
