Adults and children are invited to enter the 17th annual Kansas Voices Contest for Writers. The deadline for entries is March 15.

In the adult division, $275 will be awarded for best poem and for best short story. For youths, the winning prize for poetry and short story is $75.

Writers in the youth division must be less than 18 years old or still enrolled in high school.
