A naked customer caused a scene late last week at a Lawrence convenience store, police said.

A clerk at the Kwik Shop, 1420 Kasold Drive, told police that about 4:30 a.m. Friday he saw a naked man yelling and running across the parking lot. When the man came into the store, the clerk locked himself in the store’s office and called police, according to a report.

Police found the man in the store’s bathroom. He was booked into jail on suspicion of indecent exposure and on a warrant from the Kansas Department of Corrections.

Police identified him as Anthony D. Davis, 35, of Lawrence.
