Lawrence’s Brian Jensen moved up two spots Wednesday and now is in 51st place after four stages of the Amgen Tour of California bike race taking place in northern California.

Thursday’s race traveled from Monterey to San Luis Obispo, after Jensen had a solid individual time trial on Wednesday.

Jensen stands 9:36 behind gold-jersey bearer Floyd Landis. Three days and 463 kilometers remain in the race.
