Kevin Morgison, Perry, has been promoted to serve as vice president and consumer loan manager for Topeka-based Capitol Federal Savings, which has several banking locations in Lawrence.

Morgison, who had served as compliance manager, moved into the job after Michael Cast was promoted to loan service director.

Both promotions were announced by John Dicus, president of Capitol federal.

Morgison joined Capitol Federal in 1991, working in the company’s Internal Audit and Risk management departments.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Washburn University and is a member of the Perry-Lecompton school board.
