Dole Institute to host legislative forum
A legislative forum will be Jan. 11 at Kansas University’s Dole Institute of Politics.
The forum, sponsored by the Lawrence branch of the American Association of University Women, will start at 7:30 p.m. There will be a social time at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public.
Participating will be Rep. Barbara Ballard, D-Lawrence; Rep. Paul Davis, D-Lawrence; Rep. Ann Mah, D-Topeka; Sen. Marci Francisco, D-Lawrence; and Sen. Roger Pine, R-Lawrence. Rep. Tom Holland, D-Baldwin City, will be on vacation and won’t be attending.
