The city has announced rates for its 2007 annual parking passes that allow people to park in several long-term lots in downtown Lawrence.

The full parking passes, which allow motorists to park in any downtown long-term parking lots or 10-hour metered stalls, are $192 per year. Quarterly parking passes are $50.

The city also offers a value parking pass that is good only at the top level of the parking garage at 933 N.H., the lower level of the Riverfront parking garage at 600 N.H. and in Lot 10 in the 1000 block of Vermont Street. The value pass is $160 per year.

Passes can be purchased on the second floor of City Hall, Sixth and Massachusetts streets, or at the Municipal Court building, 1006 N.H.
