The Kansas Restaurant and Hospitality Association is partnering with Wichita-based Preferred Health Systems to offer association-sponsored health insurance, complete with open enrollment and renewable rates.

The program is being sold by the Burrows Group, which also is offering options for other insurance products: dental, vision and life.

“KRHA members have had this request at the top of their wish list for many years and we are excited to put this plan in place,” said Don Salyer, the association’s president and chief executive officer. “It is definitely a milestone in the 77-year history of the association.”
