Attack poverty
To the editor:
I think that addressing poverty should be made a moral priority in America. We need to stop focusing so much on issues that divide most people, such as gay marriage and abortion. Let’s also do away with the politics of filth and personal attacks. If we instead devote our energies to an issue that unites virtually all of us, such as poverty, just think what we can accomplish!
