Robbie Derritt, a Realtor with Realty Executives Hedges Real Estate in Lawrence, recently received the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, joining other top producers nationwide in the residential real estate industry who hold the designation.

Derritt earned the GRI designation by attending a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, with coursework covering contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, risk reduction, fundamentals of brokerage and areas of real estate specialization.

The institute educates Realtors about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers.
