Martial arts school to open downtown

Integrated Martial Science will celebrate its grand opening at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 3 at 1117 Mass.

The event is open to the public and will include a free Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts class followed by a demonstration. Visitors are welcome to participate in the class instruction and should bring comfortable clothing to work out in.

Darryl Clark, Mixed Martial Arts and Wrestling instructor; Robert Riley, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor; and Paul Sooksengdao, Muay Thai Kickboxing instructor, will be on hand to meet with the public and answer questions about the school. Clark and Riley own the school.

IMS is the only martial arts school in the Lawrence area to offer training in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing and wrestling.
