Architect wins greek award

Steve Malin, a principal for Treanor Architects, Lawrence, received a Vision Award from Delta Delta Delta Fraternity at the organization’s national convention last month in Hollywood, Calif.

The award, an interfraternal honor, recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the fraternity and the greek movement.

Malin received the award as a business professional, for his work to improve chapter houses on college and university campuses nationwide and for assisting the organization with fundraising to support such projects.

The fraternal organization presents three or four such awards every two years.

Treanor Architects is a design firm providing services in architecture, planning, interior design, historic preservation and graphic design.

Established in 1981, Treanor employs more than 50 professionals and support staff.
