An alert school crossing guard and her husband helped lead police to a man suspected of exposing himself to a child near a bus stop earlier this week, police said.

Police had warned school officials about the man, who was suspected of exposing himself to a 14-year-old girl Tuesday at a bus stop in northern Lawrence and of following an 11-year-old girl near Hillcrest School.

On Wednesday, a crossing guard near Pinckney School spotted a man matching the suspect's description.

Her husband followed the suspect in his car to the Clinton Lake dam, where police arrested the 36-year-old man on suspicion of lewd and lascivious behavior. He was ordered to appear in court May 11.

Do men who expose themselves to children also expose themselves to women too? Has anybody ever heard of a man exposing himself to another man?

Very telling choice of words you've used there JPT and Lucifer. Bored and talking to yourself because ms_canada isn't being much fun to bait today Howard? Is Beatrice being a little too tame for you? Why don't you go for macon,he'll go for a good fight like a man. At least quit amusing yourself by picking on the ladies.

Are men who expose themselves to kids any different from actual child molester guys?

Or are they pretty much one in the same?
