Positive sign
To the editor:
A very nice thing happened to me this evening. Four KU students came to my door and handed me a slip of paper with six names and telephone numbers on it. They told me there will be a party next door beginning Saturday night that will last into Easter morning. I was encouraged to call any of them if the live music got too loud. They also invited me to the party, but I suspect that was probably a good will gesture.
The Centennial Neighborhood has had its share of problem houses, more properly, problem student renters. This heads up by six responsible KU students is an encouraging sign. I hope others will follow their example.
