Farewell bump

To the editor:

I live in North Lawrence. It was so nice to come across the bridge and not hit the bump. Thanks to those responsible for taking prompt action. I’m just sorry something bad had to happen before anything was done to fix the problem, but thank God it’s done for now. I hope little Billy is doing OK.
