Baker message
To the editor:
Saturday, April 1, thanks to the University Women’s Club scholarship benefit, I found myself sitting spellbound as a member of Nancy Kassebaum Baker’s listening audience.
Her flow of relevant information seemed effortless and always enlivened by humor.
The heart of what she had to say pertained to the importance of teaching and learning. How passionate she was and how eloquent! Her thoughts should be heard again and again. I’m really fortunate to have been there.
