State education board member to chat online

One of Douglas County’s representatives on the Kansas State Board of Education will take questions this afternoon in an online chat on the Journal-World’s Web site.

Bill Wagnon, a Topeka Democrat, will take part in a Newsmaker Chat at 1:30 p.m. today on ljworld.com.

Readers may submit questions early or during the live chat. The transcript can be viewed during the chat and will remain on the Web site.

Wagnon, a Washburn University history professor, represents the 10-member board’s 4th District, which includes western Douglas County.
