All-day yoga seminar slated for today
A Lawrence yoga college will host an all-day seminar today with international yoga instructor Craig Zilliani.
The seminar with a posture clinic and class begins at 9 a.m. at Bikram Yoga College of India located in Lawrence Malls Shopping Center at 711 W. 23rd St. No. 13.
Zilliani is the director of teacher training for Bikram Chonduiri, who founded Bikram Yoga.
Organizers said they hope about 50 people will attend including some from surrounding states.
