Hesper Friends Church gets expansion approval
Douglas County commissioners on Wednesday approved a request from the Hesper Friends Church in the Eudora Township to expand its building.
Church members intend to build a fellowship hall for community gatherings, as well as an addition on the current church, 2355 North 1100 Road. The addition will include bathrooms and a wheelchair ramp.
The church has about 35 members.
