Concise answer

To the editor:

Sometimes I spend forever reading the Opinion Page wishing some writers would get to the point. Didn’t anyone ever read “The Elements of Style” by E.B. White, et. al.? Simplicity. Conciseness.

For example:

Question: How do we end the Iraqi War?

Answer: Simple. Give the Iraqi women weapons.
