Real KU fans
To the editor:
I guess I don’t understand why everyone is jumping Coach Self. He came to the most prestigious job in the country and gave his all this season. So did the players. They just did not get the job done and that happens sometimes in sports. A real fan would know that and deal with the loss and look forward to the next season.
Injuries caused the team not to gel as a whole; they always had to deal with someone not being there. Keep up the good work Coach Self and Rock Chalk, Jayhawks, Go KU. How many coaches in the country can come here and deal with the pressure and get a share of the Big 12 title in their second season?
