Tuesday’s rain washed out two scheduled afternoon games.

Free State High’s season baseball opener was postponed and will be made up at 3:30 p.m. today at the FSHS diamond.

Kansas University’s softball game against Indiana State at Arrocha Ballpark was canceled. It will not be made up. The KU softball team will travel to Springfield, Mo., today for a 2 p.m. doubleheader against Southwest Missouri State.

KU’s baseball team will also be in Springfield, Mo., today to tangle with the Bears. Game time is 7 p.m.
