Oskaloosa band
To the editor:
The band that played in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade was from Oskaloosa. Mr. O’Neal and his students did a terrific job. Especially since they’re a concert band, not a marching band. Oskaloosa, you sounded and marched great! Thanks to Mr. O’Neal for giving his students the opportunity to experience the marching aspect of band. Great day. Great job.
