Concerning the March 16 letter from Stephen Dill regarding paper yard waste bags. A green plastic insert is available for the paper yard waste bags. It makes the use of the bags considerably easier and provides a wide opening at the top. The insert can be purchased at at least one Lawrence hardware store. I’ve been using one for two years. What a find.
