Mute the music
To the editor:
Recently, my husband and I have gone out to dinner in different places. In each place we had to request the so-called music be turned down or off. It is very difficult to have a conversation or even to hear the waitress when ordering when the noise is so loud. It seems to be in every place we go. Whatever happened to good old peace and quiet and good conversation? Maybe they could have no-music sections for people who object to all that noise.
