To the editor:

I would like to thank Mr. Tyler for his letter about liberal rants. He shows a good example of what the Bush administration does to humiliate others.

The shaming and mocking techniques used in the letter are good examples of what Rove, Bush and Cheney try to do to those who would oppose them. These three bullies are much more interested in power and winning than they are in forging relationships.

The people who follow these bullies use those techniques too. I just wonder why so many people think it’s OK to use mocking and shaming to bully others.

I personally find these kind of mean-spirited tactics a reflection of the individual using them.

Liberals certainly won’t collapse under the foul breath of shame and mocking from the “Right,” but I thank Mr. Tyler for providing such a fine example of what is so sick about those currently in power.
