Gallery Walk tonight

"Figures: Paintings and Drawings," a Lawrence Arts Center exhibition featuring 10 area artists who have made their reputations depicting the human form, inspired the theme for tonight's Downtown Friday Gallery Walk. Many of the other galleries on the self-guided tour of downtown art venues are featuring figurative work as well. Among them are Fields Gallery, Silver Works and More, Olive Gallery and Art Supply and Signs of Life Gallery. The walk is set for 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today.
