Uninformed
To the editor:
I must respond to the Jan. 15 letter that stridently criticized “progressive leadership.” It is frightening when an individual who vehemently expresses an opinion is so grossly uninformed! The writer was obviously unaware of the roles, responsibilities and processes involved in decision-making at all levels of government. Members of the Lawrence City Commission must have been astounded to learn of the expansive powers attributed to them! Some critics just won’t be “confused by the facts.”
