Taxpayer rights
To the editor:
The “Taxpayers Bill of Rights” is another example of right-wingers at the national level spending lots of money to deprive small state and local governments of the income they need to survive. You think governments are bad, Kansas? Wait until you have to drive down the Kansas Turnpike when it’s under private ownership. Who will stand up for your rights then?
