Why not ghettos?
To the editor:
The discussion of homeless badges makes me wonder why we don’t provide ghettos for them to live, perhaps when we tire of them we can put them on cattle cars and send them to work camps. All people are not alike; when we can handle all our problems then we can become like God and decide how other people should live.
