No to booing
To the editor:
Two things true Jayhawk fans don’t do:
1. Rush the court after a win (leave that for fans at schools that aren’t accustomed to winning);
2. Boo our own team, individual players or coaches — NOT EVER!
I would like to add a third: use profanity. It was disgusting what my young daughter had to listen to at the Missouri game — but I remember my own lack of maturity when I was a college student.
I don’t care what color of blue you’re wearing, KU fans do NOT boo our Jayhawks — NOT EVER!
