Douglas County commissioners met behind closed doors Wednesday to discuss possible litigation.
The closed-door executive session lasted an hour.
It wasn't clear whether the topic of discussion was a possible lawsuit against the county or possible legal action to be initiated by the county.
Neither commissioners nor other county officials would discuss details of the meeting.
Commissioners are slated to meet next at 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Douglas County Courthouse, 1100 Mass.
