If you want to get an evening of swimming in tonight, you're going to have to head indoors.
The Lawrence Outdoor Aquatic Center will be closing at 6 p.m. due to the low temperatures.
City pool officials said that, when cooler than average weather hits, swimmers still have the option of heading to the Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive.
The outdoor pool is scheduled to reopen at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
