City commissioners will consider granting an exception to a building permit moratorium covering the Pinckney neighborhood. Developers are seeking a waiver from the moratorium to build a triplex at 500 Fla.
The Pinckney Neighborhood Assn. is asking city commissioners to not give the project an exception to the building permit moratorium. Neighborhood leaders said they want the project to be redesigned to be compatible with the neighborhood.

¢ adopt on second and final reading an ordinance to rezone 1.004 acres from M-1 Research to RO-2 Residential-office. The property is located between East 19th Street and Homewood Street, east of Bullene Avenue.
