¢ Lawrence Police arrested a 36-year-old Lawrence man Monday night on suspicion of stabbing his 31-year-old brother in the arm and shoulder blade with a screwdriver. The incident happened about 8:20 p.m. Monday in the 2500 block of Redbud Lane. The man was charged Tuesday with aggravated battery.

Burglaries and thefts

¢ A 26-year-old Lawrence man reported his king-sized bed worth $1,000 stolen between 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday from the 1300 block of Connecticut.
