Regarding Matt Withers’ “Native view,” (Public Forum, April 13) of Kansas, I would like to say: I, too, was born here, went to school here and work here. I am every bit a “true” Kansan as you define it, and I am also proud to be part of what you consider the progressive, liberal left.
