To the editor:
In the event that our gerrymandered 3rd Congressional District (Jim Ryun vs. Nancy Boyda) happens to end in a tie, it is rumored that the Republican National Committee has proposed that, rather than a coin flip, a better way to declare a winner would be a foot race between the two candidates for a mile or so.
