To the editor:
Because of Target's policy of not allowing Salvation Army bell ringers to post their kettles in front of the Target store this year, I will be boycotting the store from now until after Jan. 1, 2005. Anyone can come up with a high-sounding excuse such as "It's against our nonsolicitation policy."
