California fans
To the editor:
Three cheers for Coach! If you can get 50 people to kick in $100 each to pay that unjust penalty, I’ll be one of them! Coach Mangino had every right to be angry about that call. It was one of the worst I have seen, especially coming at a time when it could easily cost us the game, as it did. Please let Coach know there is a big group out here in California that supports him.
I’m serious about the $100.
