Loss offset
To the editor:
To the teen thief and his colleagues who robbed the Mass. Street Saxman last Sunday, I pray that a higher power will help you find a new way of life that won’t lead you to prison. By the way, the container you took was of more value than the money, as it was given to me by a dear friend, probably before you were born.
To the beautiful anonymous young people who came to my aid with supportive words and generous offerings to offset my loss, peace and blessings and gratitude for your kindness. I wish I had the presence of mind to give you copies of my CDs in thanks.
