To the editor:
As a poll worker for several years, this is the second time I have worked at a school when school was in session. I was very impressed with the way the school staff and students made a very busy day run smoothly.
Parents made sure many of the kids got to do Kids Voting!
After a very long day, I went home feeling very happy that so many people turned out to vote. Things seem to be really turning around. People care.
The four poll workers I worked with were fantastic. I enjoyed every minute of the day.
