To the editor:
Regarding the reported increase in tobacco-related litter on sidewalks, wouldn’t the reasonable first stop be to enforce existing litter-control regulations? Then, perhaps, post signs that many of us see in the break rooms at our places of work: “Your mother doesn’t work here so please clean up after yourself.”
