Sidewalk issue
To the editor:
Congratulations to the Journal-World for hard-hitting investigative journalism by Joel Mathis! He learned from “an anonymous caller” (over a cup of coffee?) that the sidewalk in front of City Commissioner Highberger’s own house had not been cleared a full 24 hours after the ice storm! Next, we hope to see how well the folks in the fancy part of town are doing in clearing their sidewalks. But we’ll probably have to wait until someone opens an espresso shop out there.
