Burglaries and thefts reported

• A 2000 Honda Civic SI was taken early Friday from the 900 block of Lawrence Avenue, a 22-year-old man reported to Lawrence Police. The car was valued at $14,000.
• A 1995 Mercury Mystique was taken Thursday night or Friday morning from the 1600 block of North Eighth Terrace, a 26-year-old man told police. The car was valued at $7,000.
• An 18-year-old Kansas University student reported to police someone took a computer and Palm Pilot from his room in Naismith Hall, 1800 Naismith Drive. Losses were listed at $1,600.
• A 57-year-old Lawrence man reported Saturday that his 1994 Honda Accord had been taken from the 1400 block of Apple Lane. The car’s value was listed at $6,000.
