Odd match

To the editor:

Kansas legislators fear the corruption of college students enrolling in a voluntary sex-education class. Kansas educators have in the past opted to “de-emphasize evolution” and have now waived the high school biology requirement. Pro-life Kansas legislators cringe at the thought of research involving fetal cells. Kansas communities continue to debate book-banning and content censorship. And now, Kansas — that’s right, Kansas — wants to be the next big biomedical research state. It’s clearly a match made in heaven.
