Burglaries and thefts reported

• A 1994 Honda Accord was taken sometime Monday from the 1100 block of Avalon Road. The car was reported missing by a 45-year-old Kansas City, Mo., woman. Losses, including compact discs and other personal property in the car, were listed at $6,675.
• A 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse was vandalized Feb. 12, a 20-year-old Lawrence woman told Lawrence Police. The car had been parked in the 1000 block of Alabama Street. Damage was listed at $1,000.
