More respect
To the editor :
Most of the various forms of the media are involved in reaching out to gain more young followers.
Television, in particular, seems to think this means obsession with sex, prioritizing entertainment, using crude language and rather constant poor English grammar.
We used to call this “dumbing-down.”
Most of the young people I know are far more capable than this and deserving of respect.
