Trashing it
To the editor:
With the Dec. 1 comic strip of Zits by Scott Bergman, what was once the funny pages are no longer funny. The use of what is clearly a condom in a family comic does not appear appropriate to this reader for sure.
Maybe editors shouldn’t edit, but they can choose the type of cartoons placed in the paper. True, the cartoon is not on the main comic page, but maybe it is time to place it in its rightful place — in the trash, where it is going at my house.
