Journalism group lauds KU professor
A Kansas University journalism professor has received one of two newspaper awards given by the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Susanne Shaw received the newspaper division’s outstanding educator award for 2004. She received a plaque earlier this month during the division’s business meeting in Toronto.
Shaw has taught at KU since 1971.
