Drainage woes
To the editor:
We lived across the street from James and Mary Runyon in the early to late 1980s. We witnessed the draining problem back then and have pictures of the water raging through the yards and street. We were shocked when the enormous amount of building began for the Prairie Park area without regards for the sewer or draining problems already present in the Chaparral area.
We are very sorry for the Runyons misfortune again and plead with the city to study the drainage problems in their neighborhood and correct these problems that plague this wonderful couple and their neighbors.
